How to Play

Evons is a Grid Card Game played on a 7x7 board. Place cards, point arrows, flip your opponent's cards, and control the 5x5 main zone to win.

Core Concepts

Win Condition

Fill the 5x5 main zone. Most cards flipped your way wins. Ties are possible. Game also ends if a player cannot draw.

Credits

Start with 50. Gain +5 per turn (skip the first). Pay to play monsters. No cap on credits.

Arrows

Each monster has 1 to 8 directional arrows. Arrows flip opponent cards, fight in conflicts, and trigger 9 types of abilities.

Two Ability Phases

Use abilities before or after resolving conflicts. You choose when to activate each ability within your turn.

Conflicts

When two arrows face each other, ATK meets DEF. Damage accumulates across multiple conflicts in one turn.

Chains

Moving a card can reactivate it. Reactivations can chain infinitely. Last triggered resolves first.

Arrow Abilities

Firestorm
Deal ATK damage to monsters in arrow direction
Growth
Place any monster from hand covered on target cell
Shockwave
Push target monster one cell. Landing card destroyed
Swap
Exchange position with target monster
Magnetism
Pull one adjacent monster onto target cell
Resurrection
Revive a monster from graveyard, cost limit applies
Remove
Destroy any monster regardless of DEF
Block
Remove or place a block card on target cell
